Triple R Global Group LLC is a U.S.-based global leadership, wellness, and experiential consulting company founded by Grammy Award–winning artist, executive coach, and peace ambassador Dr. Daniel “Danny” Petersen.
Built on more than three decades of international impact, we serve as the umbrella for African Djembe Entertainment, Drumming 4 Peace & Healing, leadership development, wellness experiences, keynote speaking, and community transformation — partnering with corporations, schools, nonprofits, faith communities, and government organizations.

Dr. Daniel “Danny” Petersen
Dr. Daniel “Danny” Petersen is a Grammy Award–winning percussionist, global leadership facilitator, executive coach, and founder of Triple R Global Group LLC. He is a recipient of the President Barack Obama Lifetime Achievement Award, President of the UNA-USA Pasadena chapter, and a UPF Global Peace Ambassador.
With more than 30 years of international work impacting 100,000+ people across four continents, Danny uses African drumming, leadership development, and human connection — through African Djembe Entertainment and Drumming 4 Peace & Healing — to inspire healing, unity, and purpose-driven growth for corporations, schools, nonprofits, and global organizations.

When we were handed the drums at the campfire during the Veterans on the River retreat, I wasn't exactly sure what to expect. As the evening unfolded, I realized it was about much more than learning a rhythm or playing a drum. Sitting around the campfire with other veterans, the drumming created a sense of connection that is difficult to put into words.
What stood out to me most was how the drum became a tool for connection. The rhythm brought people together without requiring conversation. It created a shared experience that helped build trust, community, and a sense of belonging.
After returning home, I shared the drum with my children. The drum became more than an instrument — it became a way to spend time together, communicate, have fun, and talk about slowing down, being present, and connecting with one another.
You may walk in thinking it's simply drumming, but you may leave with something much more valuable: connection, presence, and a renewed appreciation for the people around you. Thank you, Danny.
